I didn’t have any, website and receptionist sounded friendly and comforting. Just what I needed at the time.
How has that perception changed?
A little due to the fact that my case was taken over by a new lady (supposedly experienced) but after Julie took it over for the last part, I knew she would have been straight with me in a lot of questions I asked and therefore saving me time and money.
What are the three biggest benefits of my services?
Julie is friendly, but direct and in my case gave good advice backed up with reasons why it could work or not and what the next plan would be. I was always kept informed by Julie even at weekends and she was always happy to answer questions
What would you tell other people who are considering using my legal services?
I would certainly use Julie again if the need arose.
