What were your perceptions or concerns before you used my legal services?
My ideal was to receive proactive advice to increase my understanding / raise any issues I may not have been aware of. And, given that the particular service I required was the writing of a will, I was hoping for advice that was professionally but sensitively given in clear, easy-to-understand English rather than ‘legalese’.
I was slightly worried though that I wouldn’t be given time to fully absorb everything or that I might feel hurried into making my decisions.
How has that perception changed?
My past experience of legal firms hasn’t always been great – I’ve had to pick up on small errors etc, which they generally made a point of not apologising for – so it was a pleasant change to have such a stress-free experience and absolutely no sense of ever being talked down to. In addition, at no point did either Julie or her secretary, Jill, display any sign of impatience – however long I took to get my head around things!
What are the three biggest benefits of my services?
Efficient; friendly/ patient; proactive (ie actually offering your professional expertise to flag up any potential issues & explain them clearly)
What would you tell other people who are considering using my legal services?
What did you most like about my services?
See above, and an absolute lack of any pomposity!
Is there anything else you would like to add?
A huge thank you for offering your time to support St Nicholas Hospice – they were a godsend in Mum’s last days.
